    ™ is the non-contact and on-line sensor for thickness measurement. Measurements are realized by means of a patented air-caliper technology, without using any ionizating radiations. The system is available in various configurations and is able to measure both flexible and rigid material.

Main features:

  • Direct measurement of thickness in micron
  • Total insensitivity to material composition and colour
  • Accuracy up to  0,5 micron
  • 5 mm reading spot
  • Reliable and simply to use
  • Minimum ordinary maintenance
  • Autocalibration with dynamic compensation: no need of calibration curves

™ can be used as well to carry out quality controls on productions requiring high reading accuracy. Material quality improvements by thickness control enable a high significant return of investment, due to reduced raw material consumption and scrap production.
