Success rate in simultaneous detection of various type and/or hardly visible defects mostly depends on lighting type choice and correct positioning of light sources and cameras on the material.
Every aspect of the system (number and types of cameras, illumination, acquisition cards, support structure, etc…) is configured according to production line, as well as to the samples provided by the customer and the defects to survey.
TELESERVICE module, for remote assistance and maintenance, allows to calibrate, customize, control and configure the system via modem, in real time and anywhere in the world. |
