A patented software package, Bolts Tracking System, calculates the thickness of "single" film, resulting from the measurement of "double" one, taking advantage of haul-off oscillating unit rotation.
The system is therefore faster and more precise than any other measuring device rotating around the bubble or reading a fixed point.

Thickness automatic regulation is carried out by arranging the ring-die with housings for the location of electric resistors able to modify the temperature of the outlet melt material.
